Wedding QR code generator

A wedding QR code sends guests to your wedding website, RSVP page, or shared photo album with one scan. Paste your link below, match the colors to your stationery, and download a print-ready code in seconds. It's free, needs no account, and never expires — not even after the honeymoon.

01

Paste your link

Enter the URL of your wedding website, RSVP form, or shared photo album. Any link works. Open it on a phone first to make sure it loads.

02

Match your invitations

Colors, rounded dots, and a monogram logo are free. Soft palettes are fine, but keep the code darker than the background — scanners read contrast, not romance.

03

Download and print

SVG scales cleanly from place cards to welcome signs. PNG up to 4096px covers everything else. Send the same file to your stationer and your home printer.

Worth knowing

Put it where guests already look

The back of the invitation, the table card, the welcome board. For photos, a small sign per table works: "Scan to upload your photos." Guests will.

Open the album before the day

Set your shared album to accept uploads without sign-in, or half your guests will give up at the login screen. Test it with someone else's phone.

Scan a printed proof

Test the code on paper before the full run. A 150-invitation print order is the wrong place to discover a typo in your URL.

If your link will change

Invitations often go to print months before the wedding, and websites move. A dynamic QR code gives you a short link you can re-point after printing — if your RSVP page changes hosts, the printed code follows. A free account includes 2 dynamic codes with scan stats. And if you ever stop paying, your codes keep redirecting forever. We don't hold weddings hostage.

About dynamic codes

Common questions

Does a wedding QR code expire after the big day?

No. A static code encodes your URL directly — nothing depends on our servers, so nobody can switch it off. It works as long as the page it points to stays online. Guests can still scan the photo album code on your first anniversary.

What should my wedding QR code link to?

Whatever guests need most: your wedding website, RSVP form, registry, or a shared photo album. One code points to one link. Codes are free and unlimited here, so make a separate one for each.

Can guests upload photos by scanning a QR code?

Yes. Link the code to a shared album that accepts contributions — Google Photos and iCloud Shared Albums both work. Print a small sign per table that says scan to upload your photos. You'll get angles the photographer never saw.

Can I change the link after the invitations are printed?

Not with a static code — the URL is baked into the image. If your site might move, use a dynamic code instead: a short redirect you can re-point anytime. A free Qranite account includes two.

Why is this free? What's the catch?

Static codes cost us nothing — they're generated in your browser, and your link never reaches our servers. We make money on dynamic codes for businesses. No watermark, no signup, no expiry countdown.
